This is the official Fredsignals contact page. If you need to reach us about your subscription, your Telegram delivery, or how the relay works, everything you need is below. Fredsignals is a licensed relay of the Fredtrading – VIP – Main channel Telegram channel, operated under a written agreement with brand owner Frederik Frost, and delivered straight into your private Telegram chat.

How to contact Fredsignals support

The quickest way to contact Fredsignals is by email at support@fredsignals.com. To help us find your account on the first reply, include:

• the email address you used at checkout
• your Telegram username
• a short description of the problem, plus a screenshot if it is a delivery issue

You can also reply directly in the private Telegram chat where the bot sends your signals. We answer in English, and we aim to come back to you within one business day.

Contact Fredsignals about billing, trials and cancellations

Membership is 15 USD per month after a 3-day free trial, paid by card through Whop, and it renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Whop dashboard, and access stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. If a charge or a renewal date does not look right, email us with your receipt and we will check it. More detail is on pricing.

Not receiving your signals?

Before writing in, check that Telegram notifications are enabled, that you have not stopped or blocked the bot, and that you are logged into the Telegram account you signed up with. If signals still are not arriving, contact us and we will re-link your account. Note that every copy carries an invisible watermark, so accounts that redistribute signals are removed.

What support cannot do

Our team can help with access, delivery and billing. We cannot manage your broker account, and we do not give personal investment advice — the signals are general information only.
