About Fredsignals: who runs this licensed signals relay
This page answers what people actually want to know about Fredsignals before they hand over a card: who runs it, what our licence with Frederik Frost covers, what lands in your Telegram chat, and what this service deliberately refuses to do. If you are minutes from the checkout, read this first.
What Fredsignals is
Fredsignals is a licensed relay of one Telegram channel: Fredtrading - VIP - Main channel, run by Frederik Frost, with 35,937 subscribers at the time of writing. We operate under a written agreement with the owner of the brand that permits us to redistribute those posts to our paying subscribers.
Mechanically, that is the entire product. The moment a post appears, our bot pushes a copy into your private one-to-one chat, normally within a few seconds. You are not added to a group, nobody sees your name, and nothing is filtered, re-ordered or "improved" on the way through. The instrument mix is dominated by XAUUSD — spot gold — with forex pairs alongside it. For the mechanism in detail, see how a channel post reaches your DM.
Who runs Fredsignals
Fredsignals is run as a small independent software operation, not a trading desk and not a brokerage. The people behind it write and maintain the relay, keep it online, handle billing and answer support messages. That is the honest scope of the work.
We do not produce the analysis, add our own calls, or veto a setup we personally dislike. Card payments are processed by Whop as merchant of record, so we never see or store your card details. If you want a human, contact us — the same address handles billing, cancellations and data requests.
Our licence with Frederik Frost
Redistributing someone else's paid signals without permission is a copyright and contract problem, which is why most relays you find are quietly breaking the rules. We are not one of them: we hold written permission from Frederik Frost, owner of the Fredtrading brand, to relay the VIP main channel to subscribers of this service.
What that agreement does not make us is his official website. Fredsignals is a separate business at fredsignals.com; we do not speak for Frederik Frost and cannot answer for his analysis. Our page on the Fredtrading VIP channel and what it publishes sets out the difference in full.
The licence constrains you too. Every copy carries an invisible watermark, so a leaked message traces back to the account it was sent to. Forwarding, reselling or reposting signals ends the subscription without a refund — see the terms of service.
What actually arrives: inside an XAUUSD signal
A signal is not a hint. Each post is a complete setup you can either act on or ignore, and the follow-ups matter as much as the entry.
| Field | What it looks like | What it decides for you |
|---|---|---|
| Instrument | XAUUSD | Which symbol to open at your broker — it may be listed as GOLD or XAUUSD.m |
| Direction and order type | Sell limit, buy stop, or market | Whether you place a pending order or execute now |
| Entry | Usually a small zone, not one price | Where your order sits and how much slippage you can live with |
| Stop loss | Beyond the level that invalidates the idea | Your risk per trade, and therefore your lot size |
| TP1, TP2, TP3 | Three staged targets | Where you take partials and when you move the stop to break-even |
| Chart and reasoning | Screenshot plus a line of context | Whether the idea still makes sense to you when you look at it |
| Follow-ups | "SL to entry", "close half", "stopped out" | Management after the order fills |
Gold does most of its moving in two windows — the London open and the New York session — and around US inflation, employment and Federal Reserve announcements. In practice the setups that come through tend to fall into three recognisable families:
- A failed break of the Asian range. Price pushes above the Asian high in the first London hour, cannot hold it, and a sell is posted back inside the range with the stop above the wick.
- A retest of a 4-hour supply or demand zone. A pending order waits in a zone that price left in a hurry the first time; the stop sits on the far side of the zone rather than at a fixed pip distance.
- A post-news continuation. After a CPI or NFP spike, the first pullback into the edge of the pre-release range is used as the entry, with a deliberately wider stop because spreads are still unstable.
Losing trades are relayed exactly like winning ones, "stopped out" message included. If you have never read one line by line, start with how to read a XAUUSD signal and what TP1, TP2 and TP3 mean, then browse the public archive.
What Fredsignals is not
- Not a broker. We never hold your money, and you keep whatever broker you already use.
- Not a trade copier. Nothing is placed on your account automatically and we never ask for MT4 or MT5 credentials — the difference between a copier and a relay matters here.
- Not an investment adviser. We are not authorised or regulated by any financial regulator, and nothing you receive is a personal recommendation.
- Not a performance claim. We publish no win rate and no profit figures — a number nobody can audit is marketing, not evidence.
- Not the analyst. The setups are Frederik Frost's work. Judge them on the record you can see.
About Fredsignals pricing, trial and cancellation
One plan, 15 USD per month, paid by card through Whop. The first three days are free: nothing is charged during the trial, and if you cancel before it ends you are never billed. After that the subscription renews automatically each month until you stop it, which you can do at any time — you keep access to the end of the period you have already paid for. Full detail lives on the pricing page and in the refund and cancellation policy.
There is no upsell after this. No course, no "inner circle", no requirement to deposit anywhere, and no affiliate link steering you to a particular broker.
Risk: what this can cost you
Trading gold and forex on leverage carries a high risk of losing money, and you can lose your entire deposit. Leverage magnifies losses as fast as gains, past results are not a reliable guide to future ones, and no signal changes that.
What we send is general information, not personal investment advice. It takes no account of your balance, experience or objectives. Position size, order placement and the decision to trade at all are yours, and so is the outcome. Only risk money you can afford to lose, and read the full risk disclosure first.
Frequently asked questions
Is Fredsignals the official Fredtrading channel?
No. Fredsignals is a separate business that relays the Fredtrading VIP main channel under a written licence from Frederik Frost. The signals are his; the delivery service, the website and the billing are ours. We are not fred-frost.com and do not speak on his behalf.
Who is behind Fredsignals?
A small independent software operation that builds and runs the relay — not a trading desk, fund or broker. We handle uptime, delivery, billing and support, and take no commission on your trading.
Do I need an account with a specific broker?
No. You subscribe directly and execute wherever you already trade, or not at all. We never require a deposit, never ask for your trading login, and earn nothing from your volume — the 15 USD subscription is the only money involved.
Is this financial advice?
No. Signals are general information about a trade idea, not a personal recommendation based on your circumstances. We are not authorised as an investment adviser in any jurisdiction. Trading carries a high risk of losing your capital and every decision remains yours.
Can I share the signals with a friend?
No. Every copy carries an invisible watermark tied to the receiving account, and redistribution breaches both our licence and your subscription terms. It is also the fastest way to lose access without a refund.
Try it before you decide
An about page can only tell you so much. Three days of live signals, judged against your own charts, tells you the rest. Start the 3-day free trial — nothing is charged until it ends, no broker account is needed, and cancelling takes one message.
