Fredsignals Terms of Service
These Fredsignals terms of service are the agreement between you and the operator of fredsignals.com when you subscribe to our licensed relay of the Fredtrading — VIP — Main channel into your private Telegram chat. Please read them before you start a trial or pay for a month. By creating a subscription, linking your Telegram account or receiving a signal from our bot, you accept everything written on this page. If you do not accept it, do not subscribe — and if you have already subscribed, cancel before the trial ends.
Last updated: 3 August 2026. Effective for all subscriptions created on or after that date.
What these Fredsignals terms of service cover
This document covers the paid subscription, the trial, the Telegram delivery bot, this website and everything we send you through it. Three further documents form part of the same agreement and should be read together with this one:
- Privacy Policy — what personal data we process and why.
- Refund and Cancellation Policy — the detail behind the cancellation section below.
- Risk Disclosure — the trading risks you accept when you act on a signal.
Where this page and one of those documents disagree, this page governs, except on refunds, where the Refund and Cancellation Policy governs.
Who we are
The service is operated by [legal entity name], company registration number [ID], registered at [registered address], Slovakia, European Union, VAT ID [VAT number] ("we", "us", "the operator"). You can reach us at [support email] or through the contact page. We are a technology and content-distribution business. We are not a broker, not a fund, not a portfolio manager and not a licensed investment firm, and we do not hold client money or securities.
What the service is — and what it is not
When a trade idea is published in the Fredtrading VIP channel, our system reads it and our bot forwards a copy to your private Telegram chat, normally within seconds of publication. That is the whole product. How the relay works explains the mechanics in plain language.
The service does not include any of the following, and nothing in it should be read as a promise of them:
- execution of trades — you place every order yourself, in your own account, at your own size;
- access to a broker, a trading platform, a copier, an EA or an account-management arrangement;
- personal advice, coaching, or any assessment of whether a given trade suits your circumstances;
- any particular number of signals in a day, week or month — the source channel publishes when it publishes;
- any specific trading outcome.
Our licence and our relationship with Fredtrading
We distribute the Fredtrading VIP content under a written licence agreement with Frederik Frost, the owner of the brand. That agreement is what allows us to relay the channel's posts to paying subscribers.
We are, however, a separate business operating a separate website. fredsignals.com is not fred-frost.com, and we do not speak for Frederik Frost, his team or any of his other commercial arrangements. Support requests about this subscription go to us; questions about the underlying trading approach belong to the source. Editorial control over the signals themselves sits with the source channel, not with us — we relay what is published and do not alter, filter or add to it. Read more about who runs this relay.
Who may subscribe
To subscribe you must confirm that you:
- are at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into a contract;
- are subscribing for your own use, not on behalf of an undisclosed third party;
- are not resident in a country subject to EU, UN, UK or US sanctions that would make supplying you unlawful;
- are permitted, under the law of your own country, to receive general trading commentary and to trade the instruments discussed.
Customers worldwide are welcome, but local rules on marketing and receiving trading signals differ, and checking your own is your responsibility, not ours. We may refuse or end a subscription from any jurisdiction where supplying it would put us in breach of law or of our licence.
Price, billing and automatic renewal through Whop
Payments are handled by Whop, which acts as merchant of record for the transaction. Whop takes the card details, charges you, issues the receipt and handles applicable sales tax or VAT. We never see or store your full card number. Whop's own buyer terms apply to the payment itself, in addition to these terms. Current pricing is always shown on the pricing page.
| Item | Terms |
|---|---|
| Price | USD 15 per month, taxes as shown at checkout |
| Free trial | 3 days, one per person |
| Billing cycle | Monthly, charged in advance |
| Renewal | Automatic until you cancel |
| Merchant of record | Whop |
| Cancellation | Any time, effective at the end of the paid period |
The subscription renews automatically each month at the then-current price until you cancel it. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend delivery until payment succeeds. We may change the price for future periods; we will give you notice before a change takes effect, and you can cancel before it applies if you do not agree to it.
Free trial
New subscribers get 3 days free. You give your payment details at sign-up, and unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid month automatically. One trial per person: creating extra Telegram accounts, e-mail addresses or payment methods to repeat the trial is a breach of these terms and lets us end your access without refund.
Cancellation, refunds and the EU right of withdrawal
You can cancel at any time from your Whop account, with no notice period and no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops future charges. It does not by itself refund the period you have already paid for — you keep access until that period ends, and delivery then stops.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because this is digital content supplied immediately, you are asked at checkout to request that supply begins at once and to acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once it has. If you do not agree to that, do not start the subscription — but note that the 3-day trial already lets you see the product before any money is taken. Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
Outside the situations set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, fees already paid are non-refundable. Because Whop is the merchant of record, refunds — where due — are processed by Whop, and settlement times depend on your card issuer. Raising a chargeback instead of contacting us first will end your access immediately while the dispute is open.
Acceptable use, watermarking and redistribution
Your subscription is personal and single-user. You may read the signals, act on them in your own account, and keep them for your own records. You may not:
- forward, repost, screenshot, paste or otherwise republish the signals — publicly or in any private group, channel, Discord, forum or paid product;
- share your Telegram access with anyone else, or resell, sublicense or white-label the feed;
- feed the signals into a copier, bot, API or third-party service that distributes them onward;
- scrape, reverse-engineer, overload or attempt to bypass the delivery system, its rate limits or its access controls;
- remove, obscure or tamper with any watermark or identifier.
Every copy we deliver carries an invisible watermark that identifies the recipient. If a leaked signal is traced back to your account, we may terminate the subscription immediately without refund, block future sign-ups, and pursue the losses caused to us and to the licensor.
Intellectual property
The signals, the site content, the guides and the brand elements are owned by us or by our licensor and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Your subscription is a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to receive and use the signals for your own trading for as long as it is active. It transfers no ownership, and it ends when the subscription does.
No investment advice and risk of loss
The signals are general information. They are not personal investment advice, not a recommendation tailored to you, and not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell anything. We know nothing about your income, capital, experience, tax position or risk tolerance, and we do not assess whether any trade is suitable for you. If you need advice, consult a licensed adviser in your own country.
Trading XAUUSD and forex on leverage carries a high risk of loss. You can lose some or all of the capital you commit, and losses can exceed your initial deposit with some brokers. Past performance of any signal, channel or strategy does not predict future results. We make no promise of profit, and we publish no guaranteed win rate. Every order you place is your own decision, entered on your own platform, at a size you chose, and the outcome — profit or loss — is yours alone. Before subscribing, read the full risk disclosure and our explanation of how gold trading signals work.
Service availability and delivery
We aim to deliver each post within seconds of publication, but we depend on infrastructure we do not control — Telegram's platform and rate limits, the source channel's publishing, our hosting provider, and your own device and connection. Delivery can be delayed, duplicated or missed. Market prices move in the meantime, and a signal that reaches you late may no longer be valid at the quoted level; always check the current price on your own platform before acting. We may also carry out maintenance, and we may change or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery, and we are not liable for trades missed, entered late or entered at a different price. Past deliveries are visible in the public signal archive.
Suspension and termination
You may end this agreement at any time by cancelling. We may suspend or terminate your access, with notice where reasonably practicable, if you breach these terms, if payment fails, if we suspect fraud or abuse, if supplying you becomes unlawful, or if our licence to distribute the content ends. If we terminate without cause, we refund the unused part of the period you paid for. If we terminate for breach, we do not. On termination the bot stops sending and your licence to use the signals ends — your obligations on redistribution and confidentiality survive.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the signals are accurate, complete, timely or profitable, or that the service will meet your requirements. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from the service, from a signal, from a delay, or from your inability to access it. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to this agreement is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these Fredsignals terms of service
We may update these Fredsignals terms of service to reflect changes to the product, to our licence or to the law. The "last updated" date at the top always shows the current version. Material changes will be notified by e-mail or through the Telegram bot at least 14 days before they take effect, and continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new version. If you do not, cancel before it applies.
Governing law, consumer rights and disputes
This agreement is governed by the law of the Slovak Republic, and the courts of the Slovak Republic have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings there. EU consumers can use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform, and Slovak consumers may approach the Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia) for alternative dispute resolution. Please contact us first — most issues are settled in a single e-mail.
Complaints and contact
Send complaints, questions about these terms and any legal notice to [support email], or use the contact page. We answer complaints within 30 days. For payment or card disputes, contact Whop as merchant of record as well.
General provisions
- Entire agreement. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy and Risk Disclosure, are the whole agreement between us on this subject.
- Severability. If a clause is held invalid, the rest stays in force.
- No waiver. Not enforcing a right on one occasion does not waive it.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your subscription. We may assign this agreement to a successor business, on notice to you.
- Force majeure. Neither party is liable for failure caused by events beyond reasonable control.
- Language. The English version of these terms prevails over any translation.
